No Racing and no Aero Racing, Ride Easy instead

No quick up and down riding (Track 5), Ride Easy instead

No Pull Back Climbing, Ride Easy instead

No Standing Attack riding, Ride Easy instead

Keep your core body temperature low, dont overheat

Keep your load light
